Clients that are more than 10 minutes late for their scheduled appointment may be asked to reschedule. 

SERVICE POLICY: If you are dissatisfied with your service and notify SDB following the service, you may receive additional services from the same barber as your initial service, or with the owner Stan, at no charge. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your service.
